Solutions 4 Snoring is a UK company formed out of the need to address a growing problem for a large number of the population. Its founders have vast experience in the clinical and dental sector.

Matthew Hinckley – Founder and Chairman

Matthew studied Management Studies at Sheffield gaining a Diploma and moving into the business world.  Matthew quickly became a driving force in the supply of advanced materials to the steel industry being promoted to Director of KSR International in 1994 and working in offices all over the world.  In conjunction with KPMG Consulting in 2000, Matthew assessed advanced materials for bone augmentation in conjunction with dental implants and since then Matthew has specialised in the management of dental technology. He launched Benchmark Dental Laboratories Group which was one of the first dental laboratory groups in the UK.

Matthew recognised that snorers were being neglected and there was a need for effective treatment.  He formed Solutions 4 Snoring in January 2005 to offer snorers a clinically trialled treatment called Sleepwell ™.  The mandibular advancement splint (Sleepwell) has been extensively clinically trialled and now Solutions 4 Snoring can offer patients a comprehensive service through a network of snoring clinics.

Matt Everatt – Technical Manager

Matt has specialised for over 10 years in Orthodontic and Maxillofacial Technology. His knowledge in the science of Snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea was initially gained whilst working with researchers at Guys Dental Hospital in London. This knowledge was enhanced by his appointment as Chief Technologist at Addenbrookes Hospital - Cambridge University Teaching Hospitals, and then working with ENT Specialists at Rotherham General Hospital with patients who suffer from Snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea.

Matt is now the Technical Manager responsible for quality and ensuring each Sleepwell is customised to fit each person’s mouth.
